I help organizations turn data into a competitive advantage. By building scalable data platforms, modern analytics ecosystems, and high-performing engineering teams, I enable executives, product leaders, and business partners to make faster, more confident decisions based on trusted data.
My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. I partner with leaders to transform ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable data solutions — building platforms that answer critical questions about customer behavior, product performance, operational efficiency, and overall business health. Whether the challenge is modernizing legacy infrastructure, designing cloud-native architectures, or enabling AI-driven analytics, I focus on delivering measurable business outcomes, not just technical solutions.
I've built and led data organizations across both ends of the business spectrum. At global enterprises such as Google, Meta, and Gap Inc., I've delivered highly scalable, reliable, and governed data platforms that support millions of users and complex business operations. At fast-growing companies like Nest, Dialpad, Infosync Service, and Monitise, I've learned that success depends on navigating ambiguity, moving quickly with incomplete information, and building solutions that evolve alongside rapidly changing business needs. Those experiences have taught me how to balance long-term architectural thinking with pragmatic execution.
What sets me apart is the ability to bridge strategy and execution. I'm as comfortable partnering with executives to define data strategy and shape product direction as I am rolling up my sleeves to design architectures, review code, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor engineering teams. I believe the best leaders stay close enough to the technology to make better decisions while empowering their teams to do their best work.

🏃 Outdoors & Family
People call it "aging." I call it something you can train for — which is why running, hiking, biking, and strength training are non-negotiable for me. Almost 30 half marathons in, most of it shared with my family, friends and kids along the way.
📚 Always Learning
I treat my mind the same way I treat my body — use it or lose it. Outside of work, that means going out of my way to be a beginner again: financial planning, taxation, real estate, YouTube videos, and using AI to build things like this site.
