Dialpad · 2023–2025
Global Data Platform & Team Scale-Up
Owned the analytics and data engineering platform end to end while growing the company from $200M to $300M ARR.
- Led a global team of 14 across Argentina, Canada, the Philippines, India, and the US.
- Built and scaled a new Data Hub in India as a cost-efficient center of excellence.
- Architected a core data platform with real-time streaming, dimensional models, and consistent metric definitions using BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and Looker.
- Established data governance, quality, and observability frameworks that improved reliability and stakeholder trust.
- Built and deployed ML models delivering actionable insight into customer behavior.
Meta · 2020–2023
Company-Wide Data Accuracy Initiative
Owned metric integrity across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Ads, and Video — one of the highest-stakes data trust problems at the company.
- Reviewed, audited, and optimized critical external metrics and data pipelines across 18+ Meta organizations.
- Ensured no incorrect metrics were published on any Meta platform, preventing multi-million-dollar financial and reputational risk.
- Built governance frameworks and tools with globally distributed engineering and analytics teams.
- Presented program health and strategy directly to VPs and Directors.
Gap Inc. · 2018–2020
Enterprise Data Platform & Cloud Migration
Modernized the data backbone behind Gap's global real estate and store development organization.
- Architected and delivered enterprise applications supporting a $3M global real estate and store development portfolio.
- Designed and implemented a next-generation Data Lake and Data Mart on public cloud infrastructure.
- Built scalable, automated data pipeline frameworks with strong governance and high availability.
- Hired and mentored a distributed team of software and data engineers.
Google / Nest · 2013–2017
Cloud Data Platform, Built from the Ground Up
Architected the enterprise data platform on Google Cloud Platform from scratch, and led the migration off legacy on-premise infrastructure.
- Built end-to-end data ecosystems — databases, pipelines, and BI — unifying partner, vendor, and internal data.
- Led the full migration of on-premise infrastructure to public cloud, including architecture, storage, and networking design.
- Owned the cloud data stack: Tableau, SQL Server, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Airflow.
- Defined data governance and privacy standards; led SOX and compliance initiatives from design through audit readiness.
