Why I'm Starting This Blog

After 16+ years building and leading data engineering and analytics teams — at Meta, Google, Gap Inc., and Dialpad — I've picked up a few lessons worth sharing: what makes a data platform teams actually trust, how to lead engineering teams spread across five countries and time zones, and how to turn messy data into decisions leadership can act on.
